THE LAW OF ATTRACTION 

Lets start at the beginning here because I don't know where you are coming into this from, maybe it's the first time you ever seen the the idea, maybe you've some knowledge or maybe you feel well versed with LOA (as it is abbrieviated to).

OK, THE LAW of ATTRACTION is a universal principle that states very simply, that what we focus on we attract into our lives.

It operates equally for everyone, regardless whether they are aware of it or not ( it's a bit like gravity in that respect).

e.g. we focus on good things we attract good things, or we focus ' worry' about bad things and attract them also, can you see how it is working.

How does it work?  Again the simplest answer (and this is a bit of a shift of mind) is that everything is energy, including us, and we can choose where we direct our energy by our attention, energy and focus. A simple phrase I particulalry like, states '" where attention goes, energy flows" and indeed it does. When you focus on something you are bringing more of it into your life, so if choose to focus on lack, ill health, fear and negative conditions, unfortunately you will be directing your energy to attract more of those things.

Now there is a scientific basis been proven for LOA and on other areas of this site we look at some of thes discoveries

That simple understanding may be all you need to change the direction of your thought energy and to start the process of changing the things you 'attract' into your life.
