Business Evolvement - Grow Your Business
Why look at businesses ? A route to fulfilling your dreams ?
The simple reason is that many of you will have your own business, many more may wish to have their own business or be self employed. There is nothing wrong in having a job and an employer, that is if you are truly happy in that situation, be honest, this is a huge chunk of your life we are talking about. If you are happy in a job then this page is probably not for you.
Also if you are totally happy with your business & growth then this page is probably not for you either.
However if like more and more people you seek the freedom ( financial, practical and timewise) that having your own business can provide then this page and it's supporting drop down pages probably will be of interest and value to you.
Notice in the sentence above I said can provide , it purposely did not say will provide because there are so many variables in running your own business (not least of these you). Many people who are self employed unfortunately find that they are working all hours possible, for the worst boss in the world, and getting paid little or nothing and wishing they were back in a job.
The aim of these pages is to make sure you are not one them.
OK lets start by looking at why you are running or wanting to run your own business.
Is it that you want to be in control of what you spend your time on ?
Is it that you want to be in control of what you earn ?
Is it for some other reason, like passion , life purpose, fulfillment ?
Do you just plain hate your current job and know you can do something more ?
Or is it a combination of one or more of them ?
Whatever reason you chose just notice what important elements those ideas contained.
Firstly your TIME is your most valuable asset always keep that at the front of your mind, you can never buy more time, ultimately you have whatever you are given, so to speak, not a second more or a second less. It is a priceless comodity
yet most people are happy to trade it for little or nothing.
Secondly your MONEY is important to ensure you have the basics for survival and growth, it is impossible to grow and thrive to reach the highest version of yourself, if you do not have the basic security needs met that money currently provides.
Successful and wealthy people understand the relationship between these two factors in a totally different way than those who are in a job or self employed and still trading their time for money, there's the clue.
Unless your business allows you to be financially free and time free, then you are still in a job, only you are also the boss.
The reason I chose to leave my Fire Service career after 20 years was in part, to become both financially and time free.
That way I could pursue my hearts desires and true soul path. Something I could not have done if I had stayed in my job.
Now there is one last bit to this story before I lead you into the various information sections and goodies.
I have since realised that the easiest wasy to attain the time and financial situation you desire is when your business comes from you soul purpose or inner passion. So before you start to look at all the guidance, tools and others things here to help you grow your business, just take a moment and ask yourself, is this what I really want to be doing with my life ?, if the answer is "yes" and it fires you up then your sorted, even if it's "yes but I don't know how I can make much money with it" well done, your still on track.
If the answer is a less than enthusiastic response then you may want to look again at your reason for choosing it, in most cases people will only truly excel in a business they love doing and would still do without getting paid, if they had enough money.

Lets look at what you need to really grow your business, and often it's not what people think.
Essentially there are three KEY things: 1. The right business opportunity
2. The right timing
3. The right you
When you have these in combination you are well on your way to success.
Over the years I have had two out of the three on many occasions and did not reach the level of success I planned
and just have a guess which one I was missing out on the most, if not all of time?
YEP......it was ... The right me!
Assuming you feel that you have the right business opportunity and it's at a good time ( I once started up a drive powerwashing business and a week later a hose pipe ban was announced .. wrong timing)
Then I would suggest that the only thing that could hold you back is YOU. This is pure Law of Attraction.
It has been proven time and time again that you can give two people exactly the same opportunity in the same circumstances and one will make a huge success with it, while the other will either struggle or totally fail to make it a success.
The only logical explanation is that it is the person who determines the success or otherwise.
So first task is to do some inner work, to see if you are holding some blocks, beliefs or patterns that will prevent your success. (again if you need help with this call me)
This especially applies if you already have a business that you belive fits the first two requirements and it still isn't succeeding like you had hoped, despite your best efforts, time and money. It is virtually certain the thing that is causing the lack of progress is inside you and most often it is well disguised or hidden.
